i – Line we’re approached by Sodexo to act as the specialist designer to support the architects and interior designers to design the kitchen, front of house food service counters and bars for the executive lounge at Glasgow airport . The design process lasted 9months and once the full project costs where submitted we had to work through two phases of value engineering with out impacting on the service needs that had to be achieved.

Following the design and costing process i – Line received the purchase order to manufacture and install all the of the front and back of house equipment.

The new Lomond lounge was located airside at the airport which meant getting the equipment delivered and installed was a logistic challenge that required lots of careful planning and management.

The end results look fantastic and show what hard work and determination can deliver.
